🕓 Training Days & Times:

1 hour – once a week (Total: 15 hours)

Friday: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

1 hour – twice a week (Total: 30 hours)

Monday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

2 hours – once a week (Total: 30 hours)

Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

2 hours – twice a week (Total: 60 hours)

Monday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

3 hours – three times a week (Total: 90 hours)

Monday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 4:00PM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 2:00PM – 5:00 PM

🚨Due to the current situation in the country, please note that class schedules may be subject to change for safety reasons. Training sessions may be rescheduled to different days, temporarily moved online, or cancelled if necessary.

All cancelled classes will be compensated with make-up sessions.
