Refund policy

1. Term Payments

All programs are billed per term and must be paid in full upon registration.

❗ No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any portion of the term once payment is made.

2. Prices and Extra Charges

  • All prices are subject to 5% VAT.
  • Extended hours beyond the package are charged at AED 100 per hour.
  • Extra trainings and pre-competition sessions are not included in the term fee and will be charged separately when scheduled.

3. Makeup Classes

  • Make-up classes are allowed only once per month, and only if the gymnast was absent.
  • Make-up classes are provided in case the session is canceled by the club.
  • There are no make-up classes for public holidays or personal schedule conflicts.

  • Missed ballet classes will not be rescheduled, refunded, or replaced with make-up classes under any circumstances

4. Public Holidays

The Talents Team Gymnastics Club does not operate on official UAE public holidays.

Classes falling on such dates will not be rescheduled or refunded, and this is clearly communicated upon registration.

5. Cancellations by the Club

In the rare event that a class is canceled by the club for internal reasons (excluding public holidays), clients will be offered the following options:


  • A make-up class scheduled at a later date, or
  • A pro-rata refund for the canceled session(s).

6. Missed Classes by Students

We do not provide refunds, credits, or make-up classes for missed sessions due to personal reasons (illness, travel, etc.).

In case of extended illness (minimum 3 consecutive missed sessions), and with a valid medical certificate, the club may consider:


  • A proportional refund, or
  • A make-up session,
    Both are subject to availability and an administrative fee of AED 100.

7. No Credit Transfers

Fees paid are non-transferable to other terms, participants, or programs.

Unused classes cannot be credited or carried forward.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By submitting payment for the term, you acknowledge and agree to all conditions stated in this Refund & Return Policy.

9. Legal Statement

This policy aligns with standard practice across UAE-based sports clubs.

Refunds are not legally mandated unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All matters are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
