TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration & Term Commitment  
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full term payment.  
• Gymnasts are assigned to groups based on age, level, and coach assessment.  
• Registration constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.  
• Term packages are valid only for the specified term dates and cannot be extended unless approved by the club in writing.  

2. Fees, VAT & Payments  
• All prices are subject to 5% VAT in accordance with UAE law.  
• Any additional training hours beyond the selected package will be charged at AED 100 per hour unless otherwise stated by the club.  
• Extra training sessions, private classes, special workshops, and pre-competition intensives are not included in term fees and will be charged separately.  
• All term fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, transfer to another club, loss of interest, schedule conflicts, personal reasons, illness, travel, or changes in coaching staff.  
• The club reserves the right to adjust coaching staff, class structure, training schedule, or group placement when necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund, discount, or compensation.  
• Missed ballet classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for make-up sessions under any circumstances.  

3. Attendance, Missed Classes & Holidays  
• No training takes place during official UAE public holidays, and such sessions are not subject to make-up or refund.  
• Regular attendance is strongly encouraged. Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable except as stated in this policy.  
• One make-up class per calendar month may be allowed in case of student absence, subject to availability and prior coordination with the club.  
• Missed classes due to personal reasons, including travel, illness, school commitments, or other activities, are not refundable and not transferable beyond the stated make-up policy.  
• If a class is cancelled by the club, the session may be replaced with a make-up class or conducted online at the club’s discretion.  
• If a session cannot be delivered online, a make-up class will be provided where reasonably possible.  
• Refunds are not guaranteed and remain solely at the discretion of the club.  
• Participation in competitions during scheduled training sessions does not qualify for refunds or make-up classes.  

4. Health, Medical Responsibility & Fitness to Train  
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit to participate in training.  
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s physical condition and for seeking timely medical advice and diagnosis in case of any pain, discomfort, or complaints reported by the child.  
• In the event of any injury, pain, medical condition, or physical limitation, the parent/guardian must immediately inform the club in writing.  
• A valid medical clearance certificate from a licensed healthcare professional is required before the child can participate in or resume training after any injury or medical issue.  
• The club and its coaches do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and cannot assess a child’s medical condition.  
• If a child participates in training without proper medical clearance, it is done entirely at the parent’s/guardian’s own risk.  
• Any recommendations or guidance provided by coaches regarding participation, training load, or competitions are not medical instructions and do not replace professional medical advice.  
• The club and its coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries, re-injuries, worsening conditions, or medical complications resulting from participation in training.  

5. Inherent Risk of Sport  
• Participation in any form of professional or competitive sport involves an inherent risk of injury.  
• Gymnastics requires physical effort, flexibility, repetition, and impact which may place stress on the body.  
• Despite professional coaching standards and safety procedures, injuries may occur due to factors beyond the club’s control, including individual physical condition, fatigue, growth stages, and pre-existing conditions.  
• By enrolling in the program, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.  
• The club and its coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries or health-related issues arising from such risks.  

6. Coaching Standards, Safety & Facility  
• All coaches hold relevant qualifications in Physical Education and Sport and are trained to deliver professional gymnastics instruction.  
• Training programs follow internationally accepted rhythmic gymnastics standards.  
• The Talents Team Gymnastics Club is officially certified and operates in accordance with Dubai Sports Council regulations.  
• The club follows appropriate hygiene, safety, and operational standards.  
• Training is conducted using professional, age-appropriate equipment.  
• The facility is equipped with specialized flooring designed to support gymnastics activities and reduce impact during training.  
• While all reasonable safety measures are taken, injuries cannot be completely eliminated.  

7. Medication, Allergies & Medical Disclosure  
• The club does not administer any medication under any circumstances.  
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for managing their child’s medication, including timing, dosage, and supervision.  
• If medication is required during training hours, parents must inform the club in writing and make appropriate arrangements.  
• The club is not responsible for any issues related to medication use or non-use.  
• Parents must inform the club of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before participation.  
• The club cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, as children may bring and share food.  
• The club is not liable for allergic reactions or related incidents.  

8. Illness & Participation Restrictions  
• Children with illness, fever, or contagious symptoms must not attend training.  
• The club reserves the right to refuse entry if a child is unwell.  
• All gymnasts must have their hair tied back for safety reasons.  

9. Progress, Results & Compliance  
• The club does not guarantee specific results, progress, or competition outcomes.  
• Progress depends on attendance, consistency, discipline, physical ability, and adherence to coaching instructions.  
• The club is not responsible for lack of progress due to missed classes or failure to follow guidance.  
• All gymnasts must follow coaching instructions at all times.  

10. Fatigue & Recovery  
• Intensive training may result in fatigue or physical strain.  
• Parents are responsible for ensuring adequate rest and recovery.  
• The club is not responsible for issues related to overtraining outside sessions.  

11. Punctuality & Schedule  
• Gymnasts must arrive on time for sessions.  
• Late arrivals will not receive additional time.  
• The club reserves the right to adjust schedules and group structures when necessary.  

12. Pick-Up, Drop-Off & Supervision  
• Parents are solely responsible for drop-off and pick-up.  
• Supervision applies only during scheduled training times.  
• The club is not responsible outside training hours.  
• Transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.  

13. Training Area Supervision  
• Gymnasts are not permitted to enter or remain in the training area without a coach.  
• Equipment may only be used under supervision.  
• Unsupervised activity is strictly prohibited.  
• The club is not liable for any incidents occurring without supervision.  

14. Parent Conduct  
• Parents are not allowed in the training area unless invited.  
• Disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.  

15. Child Behavior & Discipline  
• Respectful and disciplined behavior is required.  
• Repeated misconduct may result in removal without refund.  

• The club maintains a respectful, safe, and positive training environment for all gymnasts.

• Any form of bullying, aggression, repeated conflict, or disruptive behavior between children will not be tolerated.

• In the event that a child is involved in ongoing conflicts, creates a negative environment, or poses a risk to other participants, the club reserves the right to suspend or remove the child from the program at its discretion.

• In such cases, no refund will be provided.

16. Personal Belongings  
• The club is not responsible for lost or damaged items.  

17. Photography & Media  
• Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes.  
• Parents must notify in writing if they do not consent.  

18. Public Safety & Exceptional Circumstances  
• Parents are responsible for their decision to allow attendance during any public or regional situation.  
• The club is not liable for consequences related to such decisions.  
• Classes may be rescheduled, relocated, shortened, or moved online.  
• Online or make-up sessions may be provided at the club’s discretion.  
• Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.  

19. Data Protection  
• Personal data is handled confidentially and used for internal purposes only.  

20. Policy Updates  
• The club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.  
• Updates will be communicated and applied from the effective date.  

21. Legal Jurisdiction  
• Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
