Terms & Condition

1. Registration & Term Commitment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full term payment is received.
  • Gymnasts are placed into groups based on age and skill level, as determined by the coaching staff.
  • Registration implies full agreement with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Fees & VAT

  • All prices are subject to 5% VAT, as per UAE law.
  • Extra hours beyond the training package are charged at AED 100 per hour.
  • Extra training sessions or pre-competition intensives are not included in the term fees and will be charged separately.
  • Paid term fees are non-refundable if the gymnast withdraws from the program for any reason, including transferring to another club, loss of interest, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or changes in coaching staff.
  • The club reserves the right to make adjustments to the coaching team or training schedule when necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or discounts.

  • Missed ballet classes will not be rescheduled, refunded, or replaced with make-up classes under any circumstances

3. Attendance & Holidays

  • No training takes place during official UAE public holidays, and these sessions are not subject to make-up or refund.
  • We encourage regular attendance. Missed classes are not refundable or transferable.
  • One make-up class per month is allowed in case of student absence.
  • If a class is canceled by the club, a make-up session or refund will be offered.
  • If a gymnast participates in a competition on a training day, the fee for that day/session is non-refundable and no make-up class will be provided.

4. Health, Safety & Liability

  • While all safety measures are taken, The Talents Team Gymnastics Club and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or complications arising before, during, or after training.
  • All physical activities carry a risk of injury. Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept this risk upon registration.
  • Children with any known medical conditions must be declared prior to registration.
  • In case of illness, fever, or contagious symptoms, children must not attend class. The club reserves the right to refuse entry if the child is unwell.
  • For safety reasons, all gymnasts must have their hair neatly tied back during training to avoid injuries.

5. Parent & Guardian Conduct

  • Parents are not permitted inside the training area during sessions, unless specifically invited by the club (e.g., open days or performances).
  • We kindly ask all guardians to respect the training process and coaching boundaries.
  • Any form of verbal aggression, disruption, or interference may result in the dismissal of the child from the program with no refund.

6. Child Behavior & Discipline

  • We aim to maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined atmosphere.

7. Punctuality & Training Schedule

  • All gymnasts must arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.
  • If a gymnast arrives late for any reason, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and additional time will not be added to compensate for the late arrival.

8. Photography & Media

  • By enrolling, you give permission for photos and videos of your child to be taken during sessions or events and used for the club’s social media and promotional purposes.
  • If you do not consent, please notify the club in writing at the time of registration.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We comply with UAE data protection laws. All personal data is handled confidentially and used only for internal purposes such as communication, safety, and reporting.
  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

10. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law and Civil Code.
  • All legal matters arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • These terms are subject to updates and clients will be notified in writing or via email.
